While the PPC endeavours to keep the information up to date and correct, the PPC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the information contained in ERMAS. Users are responsible for verifying critical information before making decisions.

The information in ERMAS may be changed, deleted, or updated without notice. This System is provided for internal business operations and risk management purposes. The PPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the System at any time.

Data Accuracy and Liability

Risk assessments and data entered into ERMAS are based on information available at the time of entry. Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data they input into the System. The PPC is not liable for decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate data.

The PPC does not warrant that the System will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. While we make every effort to ensure system availability, technical issues may occur from time to time.

The PPC hereby disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use ERMAS, including but not limited to damages for loss of data or business interruption.

User Responsibilities

Users of ERMAS must ensure they have appropriate authorization to access and modify data within the System. All actions taken within the System are logged and may be audited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Any misuse of the System, unauthorized access attempts, or sharing of confidential risk information may result in disciplinary action in accordance with PPC policies and procedures.
